After 3+ years of design, development and testing, we installed our first Proactive Weather Anticipating Hydronic Boiler Control System in a 28 floor residential complex with 2 non-condensing boilers rated at 4,000,000 BTU/HR each. At this time we are conducting a 90 day study on the existing legacy reactive boiler outdoor temperature reset controller. The study will determine the amount of energy savings and GHG reductions that will result from the use of our patented Proactive Weather Anticipating Hydronic Boiler Control System.

IoT Cloud Technologies Inc. started upgrading and migrating our hypervisors to Kernel-based Virtual Machines (KVM). The upgrades were implemented to improve CPU efficiency and cybersecurity of our private IoT cloud infrastructure. The Virtual Machine upgrades included our mail server with advanced SPAM blocking technologies, Apache HTTP servers with PHP, Python and our custom virtual firewalls. When complete most of our servers will be running Debian Buster.
