Proactive Weather Anticipating Hydronic Boiler control technologies and
IoT Smart Building Data Acquisition and Analytics Software.









To determine the amount of energy savings and the GHG emissions reductions that would result from the use of our patented weather anticipating technologies, we tested our IoT systems in this 28 floor residential complex for 90 days.

Over the 90 days our custom designed IoT hardware monitored the outdoor temperature, zone temperatures
and the operation of these 4,000,000 BTU/HR (each)
non-condensing hydronic boilers.









Table 1 documents a consecutive 4 day example of the Energy and GHG emissions from data in Fig. 1 - 4, and the Reductions and Savings resulting from the use of our patented proactive Weather Anticipating Hydronic Boiler control technologies.


Note: The highest Reductions and Savings occur when the outdoor temperature is around or above freezing and the local weather forecast indicates a rapid temperature increase.


As a result most of the savings from the use of our technologies will occur during the shoulder months (the majority of the heating season).

Note: In Fig. 1 to 4 the existing reactive boiler control simply reacts to the current outdoor temperatures.

Whereas our patented Weather Anticipating Hydronic Boiler technologies are proactive, combining local weather forecast data with cloud computing to predict heating requirements and adjust the boiler temperature setpoint in advance of the outdoor temperature increase, minimizing energy consumption and the associated GHG emissions.

The data used in this webpage was collected through our custom designed wireless IoT FCC and IC approved hardware, encrypted and transmitted to our optimize for IoT Private Cloud, through the Bell IoT business network.
